If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you.

Previous Recommendations:

  • Please make sure to use underwear when trying on our products.
  • If you want to change or return a product, please consider that the garments must have their original hangtags and hygiene protectors. They can´t be damaged, altered, washed, dirty or stained. We won´t make any exceptions if these conditions aren´t accomplished.
  • If we receive the product in any of the conditions mentioned above, we will return the products and all the costs will be assumed by the customer. 

Return Policy:

  • If you need to return your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return the items from the date you received it. All the shipping costs of this process will be assumed by the customer.  
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Products in sale are considered as a final sale. They cannot be returned.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once Smeralda receives the shipment, processing may take up to 5 business days to complete. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you.
  • If your return is approved, you will get a store credit to use in our website. The codes to use the store credit will be sent to your e-mail within 10 days after we receive the item and it will be valid for 6 months.
